Athens, Attica, Greece Optimal HR Full time €35,000 - €45,000 per year

Η Optimal για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, ηγέτιδα εταιρεία στο χώρο της χρηματοπιστωτικής και δανειακής διαχείρισης, αναζητεί Financial Advisors.

Ο συγκεκριμένος ρόλος περιλαμβάνει την παροχή εξειδικευμένων λύσεων και βοήθειας σε πελάτες, μέσα από τη διαχείριση χαρτοφυλακίου μη εξυπηρετούμενων οφειλών.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Καθημερινή επικοινωνία με πελάτες και παροχή εξειδικευμένων λύσεων βάσει των αναγκών τους
  • Στοχευμένη αναγνώριση δυνατότητας αποπληρωμής μη εξυπηρετούμενων δανείων και σύναψη βιώσιμων ρυθμίσεων αποπληρωμής
  • Διατήρηση αρχείου και καταγραφή στοιχείων σε ηλεκτρονική βάση διαχείρισης πελατών

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 1 έτους στη διαχείριση απαιτήσεων και ληξιπρόθεσμων τραπεζικών οφειλών
  • Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και των προγραμμάτων του Office (Word & Excel) ή συστημάτων CRM.
  • Ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμός
  • Προσήλωση στο στόχο
  • Καλός χειρισμός της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Ικανότητα απόδοσης υπό συνθήκες πίεσης
  • Επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
