Ο πελάτης μας αποτελεί μια από τις κορυφαίες εταιρείες διαχείρισης δανείων.
Τοποθεσία: Αθήνα
Εργασιακό μοντέλο: Δια ζώσης/Υβριδικό
Θα απευθύνεσαι σε: Collection Team Leader/Supervisor
Με τι θα ασχοληθώ;
Οι κατάλληλοι υποψήφιοι θα αναλάβουν την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία, ενημέρωση & καθοδήγηση του πελάτη με άμεσο σκοπό την διενέργεια ρυθμίσεων αναφορικά με την διαχείριση για την είσπραξη των ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών του.
Πιο συγκεκριμένα:
- Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για την είσπραξη οφειλών
- Κατανόηση των οικονομικών καταστάσεων των πελατών για την εκτίμηση της ικανότητας τους να πληρώσουν
- Διαπραγμάτευση πληρωμών και ανάλυση των οικονομικών πληροφοριών των οφειλετών
Requirements
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/Λυκείου
- Επιθυμητή επαγγελματική εμπειρία στην Διαχείριση Ληξιπρόθεσμων Οφειλών, σε Τραπεζικά Χαρτοφυλάκια
- Ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών
- Αναπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές & διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
- Άνεση & Ευγένεια στην επικοινωνία
- Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη

Διαδικασία Αξιολόγησης:

Όσον αφορά τα επόμενα βήματα, θα υπάρξουν άλλες 2 συνεντεύξεις με τον πελάτη, είτε από κοντά είτε online.
