Responsibilities:

  • Καθήκοντα:
    • Διαχείριση χαρτοφυλακίων καθυστερήσεων, κυρίως τραπεζικής προέλευσης (retail ).
    • Επικοινωνία με οφειλέτες και διαπραγμάτευση ρυθμίσεων οφειλών.
    • Παρακολούθηση συμφωνιών και αξιολόγηση εναλλακτικών τρόπων αποπληρωμής.
    • Συνεργασία με νομικό τμήμα για την προώθηση απαραίτητων νομικών ενεργειών.

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε διαχείριση τραπεζικών χαρτοφυλακίων καθυστερήσεων.
  • Εμπειρία σε ρυθμίσεις οφειλών, κυρίως retail.
  • Κατανόηση βασικών νομικών διαδικασιών σε θέματα οφειλών.
  • Ικανότητα διαπραγμάτευσης και επικοινωνίας.

Επιθυμητά:

  • Σπουδές Οικονομικών/Νομικών ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.
  • Χρήση εργαλείων CRM & MS Office.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα.
