As our first colleague in Greece, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, with a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the market. You will work closely with our other international commercial teams, benefiting from the support of a well-established organization while enjoying the freedom to develop and grow our customer base in Greece.

Your Role
We are looking for an ambitious and service-oriented colleague who is excited about the opportunity to play a key role in developing the Greek market from our future office in Athens.

As our new Area Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with both new and existing clients. A core element of this role is delivering the highest level of service and customer care, something that defines Dalux and enables us to build long-term relationships.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Select and establish our new office in Athens.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including negotiations, contracts, and pricing.
  • Implement Dalux software for new and existing clients with support from our Customer Success Managers.
  • Support customers and provide both technical and functional assistance.
  • Represent Dalux at business activities such as seminars, trade shows, and conferences to further strengthen the brand.

Your profile
We imagine that you are currently in a similar role, with experience in selling complex B2B SaaS solutions within construction industry.

You are structured, proactive, and thrive in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on sales execution. In customer meetings—whether in person or online—you can professionally and constructively challenge assumptions and uncover customer needs. You enjoy negotiating with decision-makers while also building strong relationships with end-users.

As this role involves regular customer visits, you should expect frequent travel across Greece. You are fluent in both spoken and written Greek and English.
