Remote Accountant — Pearl Lemon Group
Work from anywhere | Full-Time | Remote
We're looking for a detail-driven, proactive Accountant to join the finance team at Pearl Lemon Group, a globally distributed, award-winning marketing and acquisitions agency. You'll work across multiple business units, ensuring financial accuracy, helping us scale sustainably, and reporting to leadership with actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and vendor invoices.
- Handle payroll, tax filings, and compliance reporting (UK & international).
- Create and maintain financial dashboards for management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and client teams.
- Implement and improve financial systems and processes.
- Join a fast-paced remote team of 100 professionals across the globe.
- Work directly with international clients and exciting brands.

What We're Looking For
- Proven accounting experience (3 years), preferably in a remote or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of UK and international accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bonus: Experience managing multi-entity or multi-currency books.
