Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll act as the primary contact for users through multiple communication channels. From solving account or payment issues to answering product-related questions, you'll ensure customers enjoy a smooth and satisfying experience every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and professionally to customers via chat and email
- Troubleshoot login difficulties, account queries, and service requests
- Provide clear, empathetic, and effective solutions
- Uphold service quality and customer satisfaction standards in every interaction
- Accurately log and track all support cases
Work closely with your teammates to enhance processes and improve overall support delivery
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
