We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included.

Our client is currently seeking German speakers who are willing to work from the office in Athens or remotely from any place in Greece.

  • Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)
  • No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things

About the project:

Provide services for a German-based manufacturer known for producing high-performance bicycles. It is recognized for its direct-to-consumer business model, offering high-quality bikes at competitive prices by eliminating middlemen. The brand focuses on innovative designs, cutting-edge technology, and meticulous engineering, catering to both professional athletes and recreational riders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of incoming calls, chats, messages and emails
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of German language - (C2)
  • Communicative level of English language - (B2)
  • Be in Athens or anywhere in Greece
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a team player

What you will gain:

  • Salary: x Euros Gross x 14 months
  • Performance Bonus of up to 15% of the base salary
  • Monthly project bonus: 50€ gross per month
  • 500€ gross anniversary bonus
  • Paid holidays at higher rates according to Greek law
