A Few Words About The Role

Tekmon is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist - Digital Transformation to oversee the successful onboarding, deployment, and digitization of client processes using our platform. This role acts as a critical link between the sales team and the client, ensuring seamless implementation of Tekmon's solutions and delivering measurable outcomes. While expertise in tools like Power BI is not mandatory, it is a valuable addition to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, objectives, and operational challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings to establish clear project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner with clients to understand manual workflows that will be digitized.
  • Document and map client workflows to create optimized digital solutions within Tekmon's platform.
  • Align solutions with the client's operational goals and business needs.
  • Configure the Tekmon platform to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Lead the deployment of Tekmon solutions, ensuring a seamless transition from manual to digital workflows.
  • Propose insightful dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics (PowerBI dashboard development is a strong plus but not mandatory).
  • Provide training to client teams to facilitate platform adoption.
  • Develop user-friendly guides and training materials for ongoing client support.
  • Actively address client queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Monitor implementation success and gather client feedback to refine the platform configuration.
  • Identify opportunities for further optimization or upselling of additional features.
  • Collaborate with Tekmon's product and development teams to resolve technical issues during implementation.
  • Share insights and feedback to continuously improve the platform's features and user experience.
    Implementation Specialists can flag upselling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for follow-up.

Requirements

  • Educational background: Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2-4 years of experience in implementation, project management, or digital transformation roles.

Technical Skills

Strong analytical skills to understand and map complex processes.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
    Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Experience in QHSE, SaaS, or workflow digitization.
  • Familiarity with no-code platforms and process automation.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
    Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum) or Power BI.
