Greece HRM Institute for RealRec Full time €104,500 - €134,500 per year

· Work from the office in Athens or remotely anywhere in Greece

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included.

What you will be doing:

· Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to account management, billing, content, technical problems.

· Respond to customer questions via various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and social media.

· Troubleshoot technical problems customers may face.

· Help with password resets, updating payment information, and resolving issues.

Requirements:

· Fluency in French language (must be C1)

· Communicative level of English language (B2)

· You live in Athens, Greece or you are ready to relocate

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer:

· Base salary x 14 months

· Monthly Performance Bonus

· Full time fixed-term Greek contract

· Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law)
