About your future role

Before you start working in our Pricing and CVM Department , you will go through well-structured on the job training that will prepare you for your new role. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through targeted campaigns, segmentation strategies, and deep customer insights.

This role provides you with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining work from home and from the office. Your local team will be based in Greece.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Design and execute customer lifecycle campaigns to drive activation, usage, retention, and cross-sell across payment products.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to personalize communications and offers.
  • Analyzing the efficiency of commercial campaigns and developing data models to extract insights on customer base metrics
  • Analyze customer behavior and transaction data to identify growth opportunities and reduce churn
  • Ad hoc analysis on the customer base for the development of targeted commercial campaigns
  • Design and requirements definition for the development of ad hoc data models aimed at creating KPIs for managing the targeting of commercial initiatives
  • Creation of up selling, cross selling, retention campaigns and campaign management (including analyzing and reporting of campaign results)
  • Governance of campaign management tool (setup, functional requirements definition customization, etc.)

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CVM, CRM, or customer analytics, preferably in the payments, fintech, or banking sector.
  • Passion for customer-centric strategies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent command of Greek & English language. Italian language knowledge would be considered as a plus
  • Knowledge/working experience of campaign management tools (SAS Customer Intelligence, Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), SQL would be considered as a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
