What Youll Do
- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Manage and follow up on support cases to ensure fast resolution
- Deliver outstanding customer experience while representing top international brands
- Show empathy, problem-solving, and professionalism at all times
Work towards achieving individual and team targets
What Were Looking For
Fluency in Italian (native or C2)
Good level of English (B1+/B2)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
