Today, we are one of Greece's leading VoIP providers, helping businesses across industries embrace modern, flexible, and cost-effective communication solutions that enable digital agility and remote work.As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Voice and SMS wholesale team and seeking a detail-oriented and driven Wholesale Account Executive to join us.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build experience in account management, international business, and the fast-moving telecoms sector. As a Wholesale Account Executive, you will support the growth of modulus' international SMS wholesale business. You will help manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and develop long-term partnerships with carriers, aggregators, CPaaS providers, and OTT platforms. You will contribute to the commercial success, operational health, and overall satisfaction of your partners.This is a hands-on position suited to individuals with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a commercial mindset, and an eagerness to build a career in the telecoms sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the management and development of a portfolio of key wholesale SMS accounts (both buy and sell side)Identify and explore new business opportunities with international carriers and aggregatorsOptimize routing and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining service qualityConduct regular business reviews and in-depth performance analyses with key partnersNegotiate commercial terms, contracts, and volume commitmentsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (technical, legal, billing, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and successful partner onboardingMonitor and analyze SMS traffic quality and proactively escalate issues where necessaryRepresent modulus at major industry events and conferences (e.g., Capacity, GCCM) to strengthen our global network and brand presenceWhy join us?We offer a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where your contributions directly impact our success.
