We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included.

About the project:

You will be working for Netflix, a subscription-based streaming service that allows the customers to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device.

For that project you can work remotely (homeoffice) from any place in Greece

Your Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries

· Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues

· Provide information on subscription plans

· Assist with account management and billing

· Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams

· Stay up-to-date with new features and content

· Follow strict guidelines for data protection and customer privacy.

What you will need:

· Fluent level of Dutch language (at least C1)

· Good level of English language (at least B2)

· Communication skills

· Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things

· Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)

· You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package
