Our client is currently seeking German speakers who are willing to work from the office in Athens, Greece.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included.

  • No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things

About the project:

You will be supporting German-speaking clients of social networking platform owned by the American technology conglomerate.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assisting our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time
  • Becoming and remain knowledgeable about platform's products and community standards
  • Making well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community
  • By using market specific knowledge, signal and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users
  • Gathering, analyzing and utilizing relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site

What you will need:

  • Fluent level of German language (at least C2)
  • Good level of English language (at least B2)
  • Previous experience in BPO (2-3 years of customer support experience via phone, email, and chat)
  • Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment; B2B is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
  • Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
  • You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package
