Your Role
For one of the biggest energy suppliers in The Netherlands , we're looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks Dutch or Flemish and English fluently.
You'll help customers via phone, chat, or email with questions about invoices, contracts, or account details.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling all incoming questions via phone, email & chat
- Supporting customers with invoices, payments & tariff changes
- Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Retaining customers and building strong relationships
Managing move requests and updating customer info
Requirements
- Dutch or Flemish (C2) + English (C1)
- MS Office & CRM experience
- Strong communication skills
- Logical, analytical, and proactive
- Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn
Team player with flexibility and sales drive
