Your Role

For one of the biggest energy suppliers in The Netherlands , we're looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks Dutch or Flemish and English fluently.

You'll help customers via phone, chat, or email with questions about invoices, contracts, or account details.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling all incoming questions via phone, email & chat
  • Supporting customers with invoices, payments & tariff changes
  • Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Retaining customers and building strong relationships
    Managing move requests and updating customer info

Requirements

  • Dutch or Flemish (C2) + English (C1)
  • MS Office & CRM experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Logical, analytical, and proactive
  • Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn
    Team player with flexibility and sales drive
