Jouw Rol

Voor een van de grootste energiebedrijven van Nederland zoeken we een Customer Service Agent die vloeiend Nederlands of Vlaams en Engels spreekt.

Je helpt klanten via telefoon, chat of e-mail met vragen over facturen, contracten en klantgegevens.

Jouw taken:

  • Behandelen van inkomende telefoontjes, e-mails en chats
  • Helpen met facturen, betalingen en tariefwijzigingen
  • Oplossen van klachten en zorgen voor tevreden klanten
  • Klantbehoud en duurzame klantrelaties opbouwen
    Verhuizingen verwerken en gegevens bijwerken

Vereisten

  • Nederlands of Vlaams (C2) + Engels (C1)
  • Ervaring met MS Office & CRM-systemen
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden
  • Logisch, analytisch en proactief
  • Empathisch, geduldig en leergierig
    Teamspeler met flexibiliteit en verkooptalent
