Scalable Capital is one of Europe's leading digital investment platforms, offering innovative solutions for private investors. From automated ETF portfolios to self-directed trading, Scalable Capital helps clients manage their finances efficiently and transparently.
They are expanding the Client Success Team in Greece and looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to deliver support and service across multiple channels.
Your Main Responsibilities:- Provide Tier 1 support via email, chat, and phone
- Assist with account and billing updates
- Support users with platform navigation and data explanation
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex queries when needed
- Adapt to multiple tools and product lines as needed
- High level of the German language (C1/C2 or native)
- Proficient in English (B1–B2)
- Comfortable using digital platforms
- Interested in finance, stock markets, or personal investing is a plus
- Able to work rotating shifts between 09:00–21:00, Monday–Sunday
- Have a clean criminal record
