Σκοπός Θέσης

Ο/Η Sales Administrator της Thermic υποστηρίζει το εμπορικό τμήμα στην οργάνωση, παρακολούθηση και εκτέλεση των πωλήσεων ηλιακών θερμοσιφώνων στην Ελλάδα. Στόχος του ρόλου είναι να εξασφαλίζει άψογη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, ορθή ροή παραγγελιών και συντονισμό μεταξύ πωλήσεων, παραγωγής, αποθήκης και λογιστηρίου.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Καθημερινή διαχείριση παραγγελιών (εισαγωγή στο ERP, έλεγχος διαθεσιμότητας, προγραμματισμός αποστολών).
  • Έκδοση προσφορών, προτιμολογίων και εμπορικών εγγράφων (τιμολόγια, packing lists, πιστοποιητικά).
  • Παρακολούθηση εκτελέσεων και επικοινωνία με πελάτες για χρόνους παράδοσης, αποστολές και πληρωμές.
  • Συνεργασία με παραγωγή για προγραμματισμό παραδόσεων και με αποθήκη για logistics.
  • Διασφάλιση ότι όλα τα στοιχεία πελατών, προϊόντων και τιμών στο ERP είναι ενημερωμένα και ακριβή.
  • Επικοινωνία με λογιστήριο για τιμολόγηση, πληρωμές και εκκρεμότητες.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.
  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2–3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά σε βιομηχανία ή εταιρεία με εξαγωγική δραστηριότητα.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ERP (π.χ. SoftOne, Entersoft ή αντίστοιχο) και Microsoft Office (ιδίως Excel).
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλών ενεργειών παράλληλα.
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας με διαφορετικά τμήματα (πωλήσεις, παραγωγή, λογιστήριο, αποθήκη).
