Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Credit Administrator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit Administrator. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to support efficient loan administration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process new approvals (After Sales) for Micro Loans (ML) and Small Business Banking (SBB) loans.
  • Conduct thorough searches and verification of existing contracts.
  • Compile comprehensive lists of additional contractual agreements for clients in the ML and SBB loan categories.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal Services to develop and refine specialized contractual models.
  • Monitor and resolve pending issues promptly, providing regular updates and fostering collaboration with supervisors to ensure operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience in a Bank, Notary / law office or company related to Banking Matters will be positively considered.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and loan management practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
