Role Overview

As a
Service Desk Agent (24/7)
, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support across multiple IT environments. You will handle incoming incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation in line with agreed procedures. This role requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to end users across multiple customers in a 24/7 environment.
  • Register, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Follow step-by-step troubleshooting procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of cases and updates in the system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay focused and proactive, especially during night shifts, maintaining service continuity.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft 365, Active Directory).
  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple customer environments.
  • English proficiency at B2 level (both spoken and written).
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Responsible and reliable in a 24/7 shift environment.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented, able to strictly follow procedures.
  • Ability to remain focused and efficient under pressure.
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude.
  • Strong team player, but also comfortable working independently (especially during night shifts).
