Workshop Technician

Your role

As a Workshop Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our compressed air equipment is maintained at the highest standards. If you are ready to accept the challenge of joining our leading-edge company in the industrial segment, this role brings you one step closer to a successful career.

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on all types of Atlas Copco compressed air equipment in the workshop.
• Monitor and record service and maintenance tasks in Worksheets and Timesheets daily.
• Recommend required parts, follow up on delivery, and ensure timely repair.
• Report daily presence and job cards to service administration using the relevant software.
• Align with the Service Planner to support daily and weekly plans.

To succeed, you will need

• Experience with compressor systems is an advantage, but not mandatory — full portfolio training will be provided.
• Strong product knowledge or understanding of mechanical and electrical techniques.
• Technical skills in one or more of the following fields: mechanical, electrical, and/or automation principles.
• Structured and analytical thinking in problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and initiative to take ownership of activities.
• Native Greek speaker with basic English (most training is provided online through e-learning).
• Intermediate PC/IT knowledge.

Educational Requirements

• Technical education in engineering.

This position is based at Atlas Copco premises in
Koropi.
