Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled
BIM Technician
to join our growing on-site team in Athens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM), particularly in the context of structural engineering, and be able to collaborate closely with engineers and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed structural BIM models using Revit (or other tools)
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy and design intent in the models
  • Participate in coordination meetings with design teams and consultants
  • Support the production of construction documents and drawings
  • Manage and update BIM content and families as needed
  • Mentor new technicians and lead a team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a BIM Technician in structural engineering or similar
  • Proficient in Revit and other BIM tools (e.g., Allplan)
  • Strong understanding of construction and structural drawings
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Fluency in Greek (spoken and written) is required
  • Right to work in Greece / EU citizenship or valid work permit

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Greek building codes and regulations
  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
