Junior-Mid IT Technician
για να ενισχύσει την τεχνική της ομάδα.

Ο/Η κατάλληλος/-η υποψήφιος/-α θα υποστηρίζει τους τελικούς χρήστες (on-site και remote), θα αναλαμβάνει εγκαταστάσεις και θα εκτελεί field επισκέψεις σε πελάτες.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Υποστήριξη χρηστών σε hardware, software & δίκτυα
  • Εγκατάσταση και συντήρηση υπολογιστών, εκτυπωτών, switches, access points
  • Διαχείριση Microsoft 365 και Active Directory
  • Troubleshooting σε υποδομές IT και απομακρυσμένη τεχνική υποστήριξη
  • Field υποστήριξη σε πελάτες εντός Αττικής
  • Συμμετοχή σε έργα εγκατάστασης/μεταφοράς υποδομών

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:

  • 1 έως 3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ανάλογη θέση
  • Γνώση Windows SRV, Office 365, AD
  • Κατανόηση βασικών εννοιών δικτύου (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
  • Επιθυμητές πιστοποιήσεις: CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco
