Περιγραφή Ρόλου

Ο Junior IT Support Technician θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την άμεση τεχνική υποστήριξη των χρηστών, τη διαχείριση βασικών IT διαδικασιών και την υποβοήθηση στη λειτουργία των εταιρικών υποδομών.

Θα συνεργάζεται στενά με τον IT Administrator, ο οποίος θα του παρέχει κατευθύνσεις, εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη. Στόχος είναι η σταδιακή ανάληψη ολοένα και περισσότερων βασικών καθημερινών τεχνικών λειτουργικών εργασιών.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης 1ου επιπέδου σε ~60 χρήστες (on-site στα γραφεία μας & remote μέσω εργαλείων απομακρυσμένης πρόσβασης).
  • Εγκατάσταση / παραμετροποίηση νέου εξοπλισμού (PC, laptops, κινητά, σταθερά περιφερειακά).
  • Troubleshooting & υποστήριξη σε εφαρμογές Microsoft Office, Outlook, Sharepoint, VPN, εκτυπωτές.
  • Διαχείριση λογαριασμών χρηστών σε Active Directory & Microsoft 365 (δημιουργία, τροποποιήσεις, password resets ).
  • Υποστήριξη σε webinars / Γενικές Συνελεύσεις (Zoom, polls κ.α).
  • Ρύθμιση και υποστήριξη εκτυπωτικών συστημάτων και κοινόχρηστων φακέλων.
  • Παρακολούθηση καθημερινών ελέγχων (backup logs, disk space, status reports).
  • Διαχείριση βασικών τεχνικών διαδικασιών που αφορούν εφαρμογές του οργανισμού ( Equinox – Soft1 (με εκπαίδευση)).
  • Καταγραφή, παρακολούθηση & Report αιτημάτων υποστήριξης.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής ή ισοδύναμη εργασιακή εμπειρία.
  • Καλή γνώση Windows OS και Office 365.
  • Κατανόηση βασικών εννοιών δικτύου (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Καλή ικανότητα troubleshooting και εξυπηρέτησης χρηστών.
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε helpdesk ή τεχνική υποστήριξη 6–18 μηνών.
  • Διάθεση για εκπαίδευση σε εσωτερικά συστήματα (Equinox, Soft1, SFTP).

Θα εκτιμηθούν

  • Βασική γνώση Linux (SSH, terminal, file transfers).
  • Πιστοποιήσεις (365 Fundamentals, Comptia A+, ITIL Foundation ή αντίστοιχες)
  • Καλή επικοινωνία, ομαδικό πνεύμα και προθυμία για μάθηση και εξέλιξη.

Σημείωση: Ο ρόλος απευθύνεται σε άτομα με βασική εμπειρία σε υποστήριξη IT που θέλουν να εξελιχθούν σε πιο προχωρημένες αρμοδιότητες.
