We are looking for an
Infrastructure Domain Architect
to join a high-performing Group IT team. This is a
mid to senior-level position
(minimum 3 years of experience), offering a
hybrid working model
. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, delivering, and continuously evolving robust infrastructure solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments.

*Your key responsibilities will be:*

  • Architect and deliver scalable, secure infrastructure solutions on both on-prem and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Lead the deployment of technologies to improve system posture and efficiency
  • Implement best practices for OSs, virtualization, databases, networking, firewalls, and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes/OpenShift)
  • Administer application servers (IIS, JBoss, WebLogic, Apache/Tomcat) and design multi-tier architectures
  • Ensure infrastructure aligns with security and SLA standards
  • Handle domain services, RDBMS connectivity (SQL, Oracle, MySQL), and hypervisors (VMware/Hyper-V)
  • Contribute to project coordination and technical leadership for cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • 3-10 years of relevant experience, ideally in banking or consulting environments
  • Strong experience in infrastructure architecture across both on-premises and cloud platforms
  • Deep understanding of OS technologies (Windows Server , virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V), networking (routing, load balancing, firewalls), RDBMs (SQL, Oracle, MySQL), and domain services
  • Experience with application servers (IIS, JBoss, WebLogic, Apache/Tomcat) and 2-tier/3-tier architecture
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization (Docker), and orchestration platforms
  • Good knowledge of scripting (Python, Perl, Go) and API integrations (JavaScript, REST)
  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as Jira
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
