The Role in a Nutshell  

Are you a tech visionary with deep infrastructure expertise and a passion for secure, scalable systems? Do you thrive in architecting complex IT environments and driving innovation across cloud and on-premises ecosystems? If you're ready to shape the backbone of a leading organization's technology landscape, we want you as our next Infrastructure Domain Architect. Lead the charge in building secure, resilient, and future-proof infrastructure solutions that power our business.

• Architecting and deploying robust IT infrastructure solutions—both cloud-based and on-premises—with a strong focus on security, availability, and performance
• Leading initiatives to continuously enhance standards, security frameworks, and operational efficiency
• Collaborating with Group IT and Security teams to ensure alignment on policies, procedures, and technologies
• Designing and implementing advanced architectures (2-tier/3-tier applications) and application servers (e.g., IIS, JBoss, WebLogic)
• Overseeing systems across virtualization platforms (VMWare, Hyper-V), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Ensuring IT systems adhere to service level agreements and security requirements
• Coordinating technical projects and supporting teams across multiple units and disciplines
  
  

• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture or systems engineering roles within banking, consulting, or enterprise IT environments
• Deep knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server 2003–2016+), databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL), networking fundamentals (firewalls, load balancers, routing), and domain services
• Proven experience in containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Go), REST APIs, and automation for infrastructure management
• Strong experience designing secure cloud architectures and implementing cloud services (Azure, AWS, IBM Bluemix)
• Project coordination and leadership skills, especially for cross-functional and enterprise-scale initiatives
• Solid understanding of IT security principles and hands-on implementation of security controls across infrastructure layers
