Η Aegeo Spas αναζητά έναν έμπειρο Marketing & Communications Director με όραμα και δημιουργικότητα, που θα ηγηθεί της στρατηγικής marketing και επικοινωνίας και θα συμβάλει καθοριστικά στην ανάπτυξη του brand.

Η Aegeo Spas είναι ο μεγαλύτερος πάροχος υπηρεσιών wellness και spa στην Ελλάδα, με παρουσία σε πάνω από 220 ξενοδοχεία 5*, περισσότερους από 1.300 εργαζόμενους και εμπειρία 3+ εκατομμυρίων επισκεπτών. Σήμερα, διανύει τη σημαντικότερη φάση μετασχηματισμού της: από spa operator σε Global Wellness & Experience Curator, με διεθνές positioning, νέο business model και σύγχρονο ψηφιακό οικοσύστημα.

Ο/Η Marketing & Communication Director θα διαδραματίσει κομβικό ρόλο στην επόμενη μέρα. Θα ηγηθεί της ομάδας που μετατρέπει τη στρατηγική σε εμπειρία, ενοποιώντας το brand, την αφήγηση και την εμπορική απόδοση.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαμόρφωση και εκτέλεση της ενοποιημένης στρατηγικής Marketing & Communication.
  • Καθοδήγηση της ομάδας και των εξωτερικών συνεργατών (PR, digital, content, brand).
  • Oversight της digital performance, του loyalty οικοσυστήματος και της δημιουργικής ταυτότητας.
  • Σύνδεση της επικοινωνίας με τα εμπορικά αποτελέσματα καμπάνιες, leads, conversions.
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Business Development, HR, IT και Operations για την υλοποίηση στρατηγικών έργων.
  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs, ROI, marketing budget & BI dashboards.
  • Εκπροσώπηση του brand σε θεσμικές και διεθνείς εκδηλώσεις ή συνέδρια.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα

  • 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε στρατηγικό ρόλο Marketing / Communication, με ομάδες & εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.
  • Πτυχίο σε Marketing, Business, Communication ή συναφές πεδίο (Μεταπτυχιακό σε Marketing, MBA ή Strategic Communication θα εκτιμηθεί).
  • Εμπειρία σε ψηφιακή στρατηγική.
  • Ικανότητα να διαχειρίζεται προϋπολογισμό και να παρακολουθεί απόδοση ενεργειών.
  • Άνεση σε περιβάλλοντα μετασχηματισμού και cross-functional συνεργασία.
  • Εμπειρία σε hospitality, wellness ή lifestyle brands αποτελεί ισχυρό πλεονέκτημα.
  • Στρατηγική σκέψη με εμπορικό προσανατολισμό και διεθνή ματιά.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό και business alignment.
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Ευελιξία σε ταξίδια.
