Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Athens for a Creative Director at NextCom Group. The Creative Director will lead creative projects, develop and implement creative strategies, and oversee branding efforts. They will provide guidance in art direction and graphic design while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality output. The role also entails mentoring team members and ensuring all creative deliverables align with the company's vision and client objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to conceptualize and guide impactful projects.
  • Strong background in Branding and Art Direction, with the ability to elevate brand identity and visual narratives.
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design, including experience with industry-standard design software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills to inspire and guide creative teams.
  • Ability to work on-site in Athens and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in integrated marketing or advertising strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is recommended.
