As we mark 40 years of design excellence, we're seeking a
Creative Director
with a strong foundation in
Art Direction
— someone who leads with vision, inspires teams, and turns bold thinking into exceptional creative work.

The Role

You'll join a team of designers, strategists, writers, and thinkers who transform insight into impact.

As our Creative Director, you'll shape the creative vision — but also stay hands-on, concepting, crafting, and refining ideas that push boundaries and elevate brands.

Responsibilities

●    Lead, inspire, and collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary creatives.

●    Develop and present bold, relevant concepts tailored to diverse brands and industries.

●    Translate brand strategy into storytelling and distinctive visual worlds.

●    Oversee art direction to ensure design excellence, originality, and consistency.

●    Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and creative excellence.

●    Collaborate with strategy and client teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.

●    Present creative concepts to clients with clarity, confidence, and passion.

Qualifications

●    6+ years of experience in creative direction, branding, or design leadership.

●    Proven ability to generate and translate ideas into visually powerful executions.

●    Deep understanding of brand communication across multiple industries.

●    Excellent leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills.

●    A forward-thinking mindset and genuine passion for design and innovation.
