Marketing Communications Manager

Elastic Architects is an award-wining architectural firm specializing in high-end hospitality design and offices in Athens and Toronto.

As we continue to grow and manage exceptional projects, we are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Communications Manager to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece.

Key Responsibilities

● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm's services and brand. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, target audiences, and competitive landscape

● Brand Development: Create and maintain a strong brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements. Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, portfolios, case studies, and presentations

● Digital Marketing: Manage the firm's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns. Optimize the firm's website for search engines (SEO) and manage online advertising campaigns (PPC)

● Content Creation: Produce high-quality content such as blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, and press releases. Collaborate with designers and architects to create visual content, including videos, infographics, and project photos

● Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients. Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the firm and generate leads

● Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

● Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with architects, designers, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the firm's projects and goals. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed

● Lead Generation and Business Development: Develop strategies for generating new leads and converting them into clients. Support the business development team in preparing proposals and presentations for potential projects

Qualifications

● A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is typically required.

● Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA with a marketing focus) can be advantageous.

● Proven experience of at least 5 years in the Marketing field, preferably in a related industry such as architecture, real estate, construction, hospitality or design.

● Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.

● Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, for graphic presentation and visualization.

● Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office

● Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

● Familiarity with web design principles and tools is a plus.
