Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, αναζητούμε Technical Writers με σκοπό την ένταξη τους σε δυναμική ομάδα για την ανάπτυξη ενός νέου project.  

Περιγραφή πελάτη: Κορυφαία εταιρεία παραγωγής και προμήθειας ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας στην Ελλάδα, καθώς και σε άλλες χώρες της Ευρώπης.  

Ο όμιλος, στα πλαίσια της ανάπτυξης και της υλοποίησης ενός καινοτόμου επιχειρηματικού πλάνου στο χώρο του ψηφιακού μετασχηματισμού, αναζητά:  

Technical Writers 

(Υπηρεσίες διαχείρισης λειτουργικών συστημάτων και εφαρμογών σε περιβάλλοντα PaaS, SaaS)  

Ο ρόλος: 

  • Ανάπτυξη ολοκληρωμένου υλικού τεκμηρίωσης που να πληροί τα οργανωτικά πρότυπα 
  • Βαθιά κατανόηση των προϊόντων και των υπηρεσιών και απόδοση σύνθετων πληροφοριών σε απλό, εκλεπτυσμένο και ελκυστικό περιεχόμενο 
  • Έρευνα, σκιαγράφηση, σύνταξη και επεξεργασία νέου και υπάρχοντος περιεχομένου, σε στενή συνεργασία με διάφορα τμήματα για την κατανόηση των απαιτήσεων του έργου 
  • Δημιουργία infographics όπως διαγράμματα, στιγμιότυπα οθόνης, ροές εργασίας, γραφήματα κ.λπ. 

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο σε σχετικό πεδίο Πληροφορικής 
  • 2 με 3 χρόνια εμπειρία στον κλάδο ως αποτελεσματικός τεχνικός συγγραφέας 
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία συγγραφής τεκμηρίωσης και διαδικαστικού υλικού για πολλαπλά ακροατήρια 
  • Δεξιότητες γραπτής και λεκτικής επικοινωνίας, με έντονο μάτι στη λεπτομέρεια 
  • Άριστη γνώση του Microsoft Office
