A leading technology solutions provider is looking for an IT Field Service Support Specialist to join its team in Athens, northern suburbs.

The position is full-time and permanent and offers a great opportunity for technical development and hands-on experience in IT support across a wide range of technologies.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide on-site and remote support to end users, solving technical issues efficiently.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware/software problems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
  • Set up new workstations and peripheral devices.
  • Support users with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office apps).
  • Participate in system upgrades and replacements.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (IEK/TEI/University).
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar technical support roles.
  • Very good knowledge in hardware repair and configuration of peripheral devices.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS (8/10/11) and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Valid driving license (car or motorcycle).

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in software and hardware support
