for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Customer Service Representative (Marousi)

Job Description


•Manage orders throughout the full order lifecycle (entry in JDE, verification, follow-up).


•Check inventory availability and communicate with customers regarding order status or changes


•Handle backorders and credit orders


•Collaborate with Bids & Tenders to ensure accurate pricing and offer information in the system


•Maintain customer data and shipping details (Ship-to)


•Act as SFDC super-user support when required


•Manage product complaints and returns in coordination with the QA department


•Coordinate shipments (FCA) and perform general administrative tasks (archiving, documentation)


•Participate in local projects to enhance customer service quality and efficiency

Candidate Profile


•High school diploma or equivalent (previous experience not required).


•Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE) preferred


•Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


•Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and customer service abilities.


•Detail-oriented, discreet with confidential information, and capable of handling challenging situations professionally


•Able to build effective relationships across teams to achieve goals..


•Committed to company policies, safety standards, and environmental protection practices.
