About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented
Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Athens. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and resolving inquiries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies, guidelines, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of
    Greek
    C2 (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of
    English
    B2 for internal communication.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Working Conditions

  • On-site
    position in Athens, Greece.
  • 24/7 rotational shifts
    (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week).
  • 2 days off per week
    on a rotational basis.
