About the Role

We are looking for
German-speaking Customer Service Representatives
to join our team in Athens, Greece. You will be supporting a leading
banking institution
, providing excellent customer care across
phone, email, and live chat
channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via
    phone, email, and chat
    in German.
  • Provide accurate information on banking products, transactions, and services.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex cases when needed following company procedures.
  • Maintain professional communication and adhere to compliance guidelines.
  • Update internal systems with customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1/C2)
    and good command of
    English (B2 minimum)
    .
  • Previous experience in
    customer service or banking
    is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in
    rotating shifts (08:00–22:00, Monday–Sunday)
    with
    2 days off per week
    .
  • Must be able to work
    on-site in Athens
    (remote not available).
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit in Greece (no visa sponsorship provided).
