Η Zisimatos Management | FB Solutions, με έδρα στα Άνω Πατήσια (σταθμός Metro) και πανελλαδική δραστηριότητα στη συμβουλευτική και την εκπαίδευση μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων, αναζητά Customer Service Employee για την αναβάθμιση της εμπειρίας πελάτη και τον καθημερινό συντονισμό ενεργειών.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες :
  • Υποδέχεται και διαχειρίζεται κάθε εισερχόμενο αίτημα από καμπάνιες social και Google, newsletters και συστάσεις, με στόχο την άμεση και ποιοτική ανταπόκριση.
  • Διενεργεί αρχική ποιοτική αξιολόγηση ενδιαφερόμενων, καταγράφει ανάγκες, οργανώνει ραντεβού με το τμήμα Πωλήσεων.
  • Συντάσσει, αποστέλλει και παρακολουθεί προσφορές έως την αποδοχή, ενημερώνει συστήματα και κρατά δομημένο follow up.
  • Διατηρεί σταθερή, ευγενική και ουσιαστική επικοινωνία με το υφιστάμενο πελατολόγιο, καλλιεργεί σχέσεις εμπιστοσύνης και επιδιώκει υψηλή ικανοποίηση πελατών.
  • Συνεργάζεται τακτικά με Διοίκηση και τους συνεργάτες για τα Social Media και Digital Marketing, ευθυγραμμίζοντας μηνύματα και υλικό με τους επιχειρησιακούς στόχους.
  • Διαχειρίζεται αιτήματα πελατών με επαγγελματισμό και μεθοδολογία, στο πνεύμα των αρχών ποιοτικής εξυπηρέτησης που διδάσκουμε.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα :
  • Άριστη προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία στα Ελληνικά, πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, προτεραιοποίησης και έγκαιρης ολοκλήρωσης πολλαπλών θεμάτων.
  • Προθυμία για ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών και δημιουργική σκέψη με προσανατολισμό στη λύση.
  • Εμπειρία σε σύνταξη και παρακολούθηση προσφορών και σε συνεργασία με εμπορικές ομάδες.
  • Πολύ καλή χρήση Excel, Word, Outlook 365 και εξοικείωση με ERP Soft1.
  • Τουλάχιστον τρία έτη σχετικής εμπειρίας σε Customer Service ή Back Office.
  • Επιθυμητό πτυχίο Διοίκησης ή Marketing ή Επικοινωνίας / Δημοσίων Σχέσεων  ή συναφούς κατεύθυνσης.
