We are looking for a driven Customer Service Representative to join our client's Athens team and help elevate customer satisfaction for a leading retail client. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, deliver accurate and complete responses, and occasionally promote additional products or services while working closely with the customer support team to enhance the customer experience. If you're fluent in English (C1 level), experienced—or eager to grow—in customer service, tech-savvy, and adaptable to overnight shifts, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Location: Athens, Greece (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries for a leading retail client, ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience
  • Deliver accurate and complete information by utilizing appropriate tools, resources, and established procedures
  • Occasionally promote additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and interests

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluent/Native in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
  • Competence in navigating computer systems and commonly used software applications
  • Demonstrates professionalism, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
  • Availability to work consistent overnight shifts
