CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMPLOYEE

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Γραμματειακή υποστήριξη πωλήσεων.
  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων.
  • Ηλεκτρονική καταχώρηση πελατών – άνοιγμα καρτελών.
  • Καταχώρηση εγγυήσεων/Τιμολογήσεις .

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα/ Δεξιότητες:

  • Πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι./ Τ.Ε.Ι./ΙΕΚ Οικονομικής ή Διοικητικής Κατεύθυνσης, θα εκτιμηθεί επιπλέον.
  • Προϋπηρεσία 1-2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, ακεραιότητα, επαγγελματισμό, εγρήγορση και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες.
  • Προγραμματισμός και δυνατότητα λειτουργίας υπό πίεση.
  • Ευγένεια και πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη.
  • Εστίαση σε αποτελέσματα και τήρηση προθεσμιών.
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά).
  • Άριστη γνώση συστημάτων ERP & MS Office.
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις(για τους άντρες υποψηφίους).
