Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Athens for a Back Office Employee. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for handling day-to-day back-office tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency. This includes managing finance tasks, supporting sales operations, maintaining customer service standards, and effective communication with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in managing Finance tasks
  • Knowledge of Sales operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
