Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the logistical support of training programs, including scheduling sessions, booking venues or digital platforms and manages invitations and participant lists
  • Supports trainees and trainers before, during and after the implementation of training programs by handling inquiries and effectively resolving administrative issues
  • Manages relationships with vendors and course registrations for external training providers, conferences and professional development programs
  • Ensures alignment with internal policies and compliance requirements for procedures related to the implementation of training programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Theoretical Sciences or Psychology or Education or Administrative Sciences
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Educational Technology or Adult Education will be considered an additional qualification
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in supporting, coordinating and executing operational aspects related to the smooth implementation of training programs
  • Experience in structured departments of companies involved in Learning & Development or in Educational Institutions, Organizations or Consulting service companies will be considered an additional qualification
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM) will be considered an additional qualification
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
