The Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Application Administrator to join a dynamic team working on a high-impact banking project. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in transaction management systems and gain specialized training in industry-standard tools, while contributing to the security and reliability of critical financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, monitor, and optimize banking applications and core financial systems, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support banking applications and core financial systems.
  • Participate in configuration and management of Oracle Databases in a production environment.
  • Receive training and support in integrating and managing SafeWatch, an industry-standard anti-money laundering (AML) screening platform.
  • Learn and support transaction processing and message handling via SWIFT systems.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices in line with banking standards.
  • Provide support in the analysis and resolution of incidents and service requests related to infrastructure and transaction systems.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in application or system administration.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle DB.
  • Familiarity or keen interest in cybersecurity and anti-money laundering (AML) processes.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the financial technology sector.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to AML systems or financial institutions.
  • Experience working with SWIFT infrastructure or financial transaction systems.
