Position Description

Casa Cook Samos is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operation of the hotel's restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent service excellence, maintain brand standards, lead the service team, and support the creation of memorable dining experiences. This is a full-time, seasonal role.

Reports to

Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations

Maintain service excellence aligned with Casa Cook's brand philosophy

Ensure efficient team performance, training, and development

Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, and task allocation

Support menu knowledge, service techniques, and guest engagement

Manage guest interactions, handling feedback with professionalism

Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain product quality and presentation standards

Monitor stock levels, cost controls, and inventory procedures

Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulations

Maintain high visibility during service periods to support staff and guests

Assist in planning special events and culinary activations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management

Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels

Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

Excellent understanding of service standards and dining operations

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Guest-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
