Position Description

Casa Cook Samos is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead its F&B operations

in Samos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the brand's signature

dining experience, overseeing service quality, managing budgets, developing the team,

and ensuring smooth coordination with other departments. This is a full-time, seasonal

position.

Reports to

General Manager

Responsibilities

Supervise all F&B operations, ensuring alignment with Casa Cook's quality and

service standards

Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive and personalized

service

Manage financial performance, budgets, and cost controls effectively

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal standards

Maintain strong floor presence across restaurant, bar, and event venues

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Foster teamwork and open communication across all F&B teams

Implement consistent staff training and development programs

Develop innovative concepts and menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef

Uphold food and beverage presentation, quality, and consistency

Oversee catering operations for events, private functions, and group activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management (MBA considered an

asset)

Minimum 4–5 years of F&B management experience, preferably in lifestyle or

luxury resorts

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team toward operational excellence

High attention to detail and guest-centric mindset

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
