Εκπρόσωπο Επιστημονικής Επικοινωνίας
 με υψηλές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας για ένταξη στην ομάδα της.

Καθήκοντα & Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων κλήσεων και παροχή επαγγελματικής ενημέρωσης σε πελάτες και συνεργάτες.
  • Πραγματοποίηση εξερχόμενων κλήσεων σε γιατρούς και επαγγελματίες υγείας με στόχο την ενημέρωση για τα προϊόντα μας
  • Καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση επικοινωνιών μέσω CRM συστήματος.
  • Συμβολή στην ανάπτυξη επιστημονικού διαλόγου και στην ενίσχυση της εικόνας της εταιρείας στην ιατρική κοινότητα.
  • Υποστήριξη του εμπορικού τμήματος σε καμπάνιες και projects.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Άνεση στη χρήση τηλεφώνου για επαγγελματικές επαφές.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Καλή γνώση Η/Υ, MS Office και CRM εργαλείων.
  • Διάθεση για συνεχή μάθηση και εξέλιξη.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Σπουδές σε τομείς Υγείας, Βιοϊατρικής, Φαρμακευτικής, Κοσμετολογίας, Επικοινωνίας ή Marketing.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνική προώθηση προϊόντων υγείας ή ιατρική ενημέρωση.
  • Κατανόηση της επιστημονικής ορολογίας και ικανότητα προσαρμογής σε διαφορετικά προφίλ συνομιλητών.
