We are looking for a highly motivated 
Operations Administrator
 to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operational processes and efficient coordination between customers and suppliers worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage all new customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with relevant suppliers worldwide to ensure timely delivery of requested services across different time zones
  • Oversee the entire offer lifecycle — from preparation and submission to follow-up — ensuring all services are executed in full compliance with agreed terms and quality standards
  • Support in relevant operational tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Previous experience in operations support or administration is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal (mandatory); additional languages will be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and suppliers worldwide
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing offers, inquiries, and documentation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple time zones
