Payroll Administrator (Κωδικός Θέσης PAY_ADM)

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διεκπεραίωση όλων των διαδικασιών διαχείρισης εργαζομένων (προσλήψεις, αποχωρήσεις, ψηφιακά ωράρια κλπ) και υποβολή όλων των προβλεπόμενων από την εργατική νομοθεσία εντύπων και ηλεκτρονικών εγγράφων στο ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ

  • Διαχείριση συμβάσεων εργασίας

  • Διαχείριση αδειών – απουσιών – υπερωριών

  • Τήρηση αρχείων και προετοιμασία αναφορών για τη Διοίκηση

  • Υπολογισμός και έκδοση μισθοδοσίας μέσω λογισμικού (Epsilon Software)

  • Υπολογισμός και αποστολή ΑΠΔ, ΤΕΚΑ, ΦΜΥ

  • Διαχείριση ερωτημάτων σχετικά με τη μισθοδοσία

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ Οικονομικής Κατεύθυνσης

  • Προϋπηρεσία και εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχο γνωστικό αντικείμενο τουλάχιστον 3 ετών

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ασφαλιστικών θεμάτων και εργατικής νομοθεσίας

  • Άριστη γνώση του Π.Σ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ

  • Γνώση διαχείρισης συστήματος ωρομέτρησης και νέων εργασιακών αλλαγών (επιθυμητή)

  • Γνώση Διαχείρισης Προγραμμάτων Epsilon Μισθοδοσίας (Επιθυμητή)

  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office (κυρίως Excel, Word)

  • Γνώση Βασικών Λογιστικών Αρχών

  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών

  • Ομαδικό Πνεύμα & Προσαρμοστικότητα

  • Ικανότητα Διαχείρισης Χρόνου

  • Επικοινωνιακές & Οργανωτικές Δεξιότητες

  • Μετά από αξιολόγηση των βιογραφικών θα κληθούν οι υποψήφιοι που ανταποκρίνονται στις απαιτήσεις των θέσεων. Για όλα τα βιογραφικά θα τηρηθεί απόλυτη εχεμύθεια. Η συλλογή των βιογραφικών γίνεται με αποκλειστικό σκοπό την κάλυψη θέσεων εργασίας και έχουν οριστεί συγκεκριμένοι εργαζόμενοι για την επεξεργασία τους, τηρώντας όλα τα απαραίτητα πρωτόκολλα για την διαχείριση των προσωπικών δεδομένων. Σε περίπτωση μη επιλογής του υποψηφίου τα βιογραφικά θα τηρηθούν στο αρχείο της εταιρείας για διάστημα έως 6 μηνών και έπειτα θα καταστρέφονται.
