PayrollAdmin (ADP)

για την Οικονομική Διεύθυνση στην Αθήνα & η θέση θα αναφέρεται στον Προϊστάμενο Λογιστηρίου του ομίλου.

Η COSMODATA, αναζητά έναν/μία έμπειρο/η και οργανωτικό/ή Payroll Administrator για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού. Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την έγκαιρη και ακριβή παραγωγή της μισθοδοσίας, σύμφωνα με τη νομοθεσία και τις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παραγωγή μισθοδοσίας με Extra Μισθοδοσία της Epsilon Net.

  • Σύνταξη και υποβολή όλων των εργατικών και ασφαλιστικών υποχρεώσεων ,Εργάνη, ΕΦΚΑ (Γνωστοποιήσεις για Προσλήψεις, Αποχωρήσεις, Ωράριο εργασίας , Υποβολή Συμβάσεων στον ΕΦΚΑ).

  • Ενημέρωση των αλλαγών σε θέματα ασφαλιστικής και εργατικής νομοθεσίας.

  • Τήρηση των διατάξεων σχετικά με τα επιδόματα, τις προσαυξήσεις, τα ωράρια και τις υπερωρίες.

  • Επεξεργασία στοιχείων μισθοδοσίας και υπολογισμός υπερωριών, προσαυξήσεων, bonus, έκδοση και υποβολή Α.Π.Δ. και Φ.Μ.Υ.

  • Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση προσλήψεων, αποχωρήσεων, αδειών, απουσιών, ασθενειών και λοιπών μεταβολών του προσωπικού.

  • Υποβολή των εβδομαδιαίων προγραμμάτων του προσωπικού και τυχόν τροποποιήσεων.

  • Επίβλεψη των λειτουργιών που σχετίζονται με την εφαρμογή της ψηφιακής κάρτας υπαλλήλων σε συνεργασία με HR.

  • Επικοινωνία και επαφή με Κρατικούς Φορείς (ΣΕΠΕ, ΕΦΚΑ, ΟΑΕΔ).

  • Οργάνωση αρχείου μισθοδοσίας.

  • Επεξεργασία και έκδοση μηνιαίων Payroll Reports και συμμετοχή στην διαδικασία του Payroll Budgeting.

  • Διασφάλιση της εφαρμογής της εργατικής μισθοδοσίας.

  • Άμεση και θετική ανταπόκριση των ερωτημάτων των υπαλλήλων που σχετίζονται με θέματα μισθοδοσίας σε συνεργασία με HR.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού ή συναφές αντικείμενο.

  • Αποδεδειγμένη προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον (3) ετών στην παραγωγή της μισθοδοσίας.

  • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας.

  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση του προγράμματος Extra Μισθοδοσίας της Epsilon Net.

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office.

  • Άριστη Γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.

  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές & οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη.

  • Εμπιστευτικότητα, ακεραιότητα και ικανότητα δημιουργίας και διατήρησης σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης.

  • Ικανότητα τηρήσεως προθεσμιών και απόδοσης υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσιών.

  • Ικανότητα απόδοσης κάτω από συνθήκες πίεσης και εντάσεως εργασίας.
