The assistant will provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily travel agency activities. Key responsibilities include handling client inquiries, coordinating travel schedules, managing documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves general administrative duties and collaborating with team members to facilitate seamless travel arrangements for clients.**QualificationsSkill**in Operations and Administrative Assistance to manage day-to-day functions efficientlyStrong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and addressing their needsFamiliarity with General Administration tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, and database managementAttention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsKnowledge of travel industry operations or experience in a similar role is a plusFluency in English; additional languages are an advantageAbility to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
