We are hiring a skillful and dynamic Operations Specialist to join our operations team and improve our customer experience.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring the smooth running of all travel-related services for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of travel operations, including reservations, bookings, itinerary planning, and other related services
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of travel bookings and customer information
  • Manage and monitor customer inquiries and complaints, and provide prompt and effective solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve operational processes and procedures
  • Manage and maintain travel-related databases and systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field
  • Experience in travel operations or related field would be a bonus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite for Business
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and Greek
