Your Role:

As a Parts Counter Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to spare parts for machinery and the full range of products we represent. You will also be responsible for issuing the necessary documentation for the movement of goods and spare parts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

What We're Looking For:

A degree from a Technical School or Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) or equivalent hands-on experience in industrial equipment, ideally in construction machinery.

Prior experience in a similar role will be considered a strong asset.

Strong command of English especially for technical documentation, software tools, and training participation.

Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.

A methodical and adaptable mindset, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

A collaborative spirit with a focus on customer service.
